Consumer expectations have changed dramatically over the last decade. The new destinations of choice are venues that entertain and excite. At Illuminating Concepts, we provide clients with multi-faceted solutions that enliven the visitor experience.

Our goal is to infuse each setting with sensory-based lighting and multi-media treatments that not only meet consumer expectations, but exceed them. Through the design and implementation of visual and acoustic stimulants such as intelligent light, audio systems, water features and special FX, we create environments that entice and captivate visitors. These "Immersion Experiences" provide spectators with an ever-changing environment, ensuring a unique experience upon every visit.

Illuminating Concepts initiates each project by analyzing the client's branding strategies, regional demographics, and target audience. Based on this research, our team develops an "Event Clock" which scripts visitor movement and identifies under-utilized areas throughout the scheme. Finally, we devise an Entertainment Strategy that infuses the environment - from the parking lot to the cash register - with dynamic elements that appeal to audiences of all ages.
