Uniquely themed to emulate the "beach comber" lifestyle purveyed by Jimmy Buffett through his music, this 3-level 35,000 sq ft restaurant sits in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. With a live volcano show at the main entrance, a performance band stage & dance floor, over 30 video screens and a fused architectural / theatrical lighting & audio system, it's no wonder that this Margaritaville generated over $40 million in the first year!
