Description: 

Considered one of the most significant and striking Art Deco skyscrapers in the world, the Guardian building was constructed during the post-World War I building boom in downtown Detroit. Following its recent acquisition by the Sterling Group, the Guardian has undergone a detailed restoration to return it to its original glory and prominence on the Detroit skyline.


IC Scope: 

Interior & exterior architectural lighting design & restoration, custom fixture design, project management, procurement & logistics.
