Once a Digital Signage network is certified IC can monitor all devices to make sure they are completing all scheduled events. This includes items as successful power up of the display and playback of scheduled content. IC can also professionally monitor the status of each player on the network and report any failures immediately to assigned departments. Under this program IC makes every attempt to reset the player remotely and then verify that the player has returned to full operation. IC can also furnish daily, weekly, and monthly logs detailing the operation of each player and the playback of all associated content.
