390 Madison is an office building in midtown New York City. The striking lines throughout the building inspired our lighting design approach to both accentuate the modern aesthetic while also providing a bright safe environment. As always with our approach, rigorous photometric studies were conducted to ensure we met energy efficiency targets and renderings were provided to help deliver a look that met the client's expectations.

Illuminating Cocepts provided design services for exterior lighting, BOH, as well as the Shiseido and elevator lobbies. Our procurement team was responsibly for these and all other areas represented below.
