Exterior Lighting Design
This luxury gaming and resort destination serves as a gleaming gateway into the Washington, D.C. region, with restaurants by top local chefs, an intimate theater showcasing top entertainment acts, and more.
At grade, custom artwork, the iconic MGM Lion, landscaping, and pool deck are accented with high-output LED lighting.
To accentuate the project's cool white aluminum and concrete exterior, Illuminating Concepts developed a customized lighting fixture that is integrated into the facade curtain wall. The fixtures evenly illuminate the facade, with glare-free views from inside guest rooms.
