Quintain Estates & Development is transforming 85 acres of land surrounding the new Wembley Stadium into the capital's brightest and most vibrant address. The new Wembley City is set to become London's leading residential, retail, leisure and entertainment destination.

The first phase of the development plan focused on the refurbishment and re-orientation of Wembley Arena, along with the creation of Arena Square to form a dynamic public space and vibrant setting for the Arena. IC concentrated on creating an intelligent lighting system for the façade of the new Arena, along with kinetic light towers containing a concealed audio system that allows the building to synchronize with events in Arena Square. Arena Square now boasts one of the UK's largest integrated performance water, light and audio shows and delivers a truly unique arrival experience.
